Hi everyone, welcome! My name is Mae.
I am one of the many examples of mere mortals (and by "mortal", I mean "not-a-gymnast/dancer/athlete extraordinaire") whose life changed when immersed in the world of yoga. Not only a mere human but also a mum, who just couldn't touch her toes and her stomach had a diastasis recti as wide as the London Thames. Not to mention a baby brain that lasted way beyond babyhood...
But all this was about to change. After an on-and-off yoga practice at home, I properly, head over heels, fell in love with yoga a few years ago, during our "big family escape" in Thailand...
What to expect
With a background in classic yoga and up-to-date researched trainings, Mae blends modern anatomically functional and precise yoga with the traditional.
In Mae’s class, you will move with the breath, but you will also learn about your body, how to get it strong functionally. You will also learn breathing techniques and meditation.
Mae's passion is to get you to come out of her classes feeling stronger in and out, and with a steadier and calmer mind.
She is gentle with the warmest voice and her practice is well balanced so be ready to sweat & shake through a spiritual journey ☺️ She is always careful about postures and gives tips to be in the pose in the right way or sometimes for home practice if you want to go further. One of the bests I can say!

Practising with Mae has been an absolute pleasure! Her classes have a very positive and relaxing feel while your full body gets stronger. Each session is slightly different and always engaging. I had tried Yoga before and every time I was leaving the class thinking it wasn't for me/I was too curvy to do certain poses, etc... till I met Mae at the gym! Mae is very kind, knowledgeable and personable and made me feel at ease with my body and help me challenge myself in new poses I never thought I would be capable of.
During the lockdown, she has made herself available for online classes, in only 3 months of regular practice am much stronger and more flexible than ever before! And let's not even mention the psychological benefits during this time of uncertainty we all went through.
